In order to instill the students of its Acedemies with Real Madrid's values, the Foundation has developped a Continuous Instruction Programme for its teachers.

The Programme includes meetings to discuss technical and sporting matters, as well as successful teaching techniques. The Foundation also sends out didactic materials and teaching guidelines.
